We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (business days) of being placed. Please allow for up to 5-7 working days for delivery. This varies depending on your location. During peak sale periods, delivery may be longer due to the high volume of orders. If it has been over our extended time-frame of 7-10 days for parcel orders, please email us at info@endota.ca and someone from our customer service team will be in touch in the coming days. If you have not provided a phone number we will contact you directly through your email address.

How we pack our parcels

At endota Canada we pack all of our parcels with care to avoid any damage in transit.

What are the postage options available at endota Canada?

endota uses Canada Post to send all product parcels.

What does endota Canada charge for shipping?

endota happily offers free shipping for all product orders over $75. We have a standard $9.95 shipping rate on all orders under $75.

Will endota Canada cover the return fees?

endota will only cover return fees if the product is considered broken or faulty upon arrival, for most other cases the customer will have to cover this cost.

Returns

I would like to return items I have bought online

endota will happily exchange or refund any product that proves defective or detrimental to your skin. Sadly for the indecisive, the endota Canada refund policy does not cover changes of mind, so please choose carefully.

Do I get a refund of the delivery fee?

endota Canada will not refund the delivery fee on returned items unless they are considered faulty or broken.

If the price has been updated since I have returned my item, will I receive the new price on my refund?

The total refund is equal to the value of the returned items at the time of purchase.

How will I know you have received my returned items?

endota Canada will send an email to the listed email on the order to confirm they have received your return.
Please be patient as this can take up to 30 days to process.

I received a faulty or broken item in my order

endota Canada will happily exchange or refund any product that has arrived faulty or broken.
